Real Estate Fundamentals:

ATTENTION…If you are interested in pursuing an Exciting, Rewarding Career in Real Estate it is time to make your move.  We are now accepting applications for the next BCRA Real Estate Training’s Real Estate Fundamentals Course that will begin on December 1, 2025.  Class times are from 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings through December 17, 2025.  Upon successful completion of this course, you will be qualified to sit for the Michigan Real Estate Licensing Exam. The course will help you understand what is needed to know to take the exam and will leave you with a basic knowledge of real estate principals, law, and fair housing.
